HOW THE AKOYA SYSTEM WORKS

The Akoya system automatically extracts component engineering data from CAD (Computer Aided Design) drawings and purchasing information from ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. Using patented technology, Akoya analyzes the features, price and demand for each component and creates the optimal target price range. These ranges are then used to evaluate supplier competitiveness, leading to renegotiation, aggregation, resourcing, and redesign action plans. The analysis results are delivered through Akoya’s hosted, web-based software platform.
