how it works

Commodity Dashboard

Commodity Dashboard Lets you identify Tier I suppliers and their Tier II suppliers, identifying which Tier II suppliers are over or under capacity and quickly analyzing which parts to move between Tier II supplier to eliminate capacity constraints.

Raw Materials Projection Dashboard Quickly see your current Tier II supplier spend, tonnage, receiving facility and part numbers and projects this data out for 5 years based on sales projections. Click on a specific raw material commodity tab to see further detail and tonnage levels visually projected by Tier II supplier.

  • Assure that your raw materials and parts are available for the future with the Raw Material Projection Dashboard. You get visibility of requirements down to the tier II level with this invaluable dashboard. It shows you the big picture of your raw materials suppliers and the percentage of your total raw materials you purchase from each – so you can make 5-year projections and buy intelligently, based on sales forecasts and CAD drawing product data. Unlike your competition, you will be able to lock in your forecasted raw material requirements with your suppliers, planning for the future to assure that your production line continues to run fully supplied and that your raw materials and suppliers continue to be available to you as your needs grow.

  • Show your projected raw materials or parts needs to your suppliers with the Detailed 5 Year Projected Spend and Tonnage Chart. You’ll be able to see the projected spend, tonnage and part counts for each of your raw material suppliers. Show these projections to your suppliers to assure that they have the capacity you need, allowing you to lock in capacity for years to come. If there is a viable supplier with available capacity, you can pull parts from an overwhelmed supplier and decide which of those parts would be compatible for the supplier with idle capacity to produce.

  • Alleviate capacity issues by consolidating raw material or part specifications with the Part Management Dashboard. As a result, experience fewer emergency parts orders and less waiting for parts – assuring that your production line stays up and running. This dashboard allows you to clearly see which parts are cost or materials outliers.
